Anyone want RB3D?

I have the original RB3D disc and jewel case, does anyone want it? I haven't got it to work on Win XP in ages *:'( and I've moved on to other things *:o. I can send it cheaply in Canada (preferred). USA possibly, overseas highly unlikely. You can contact me via email if you want.

Nevermind, the offer is withdrawn. I've just purchased the Promised Land Full Canvas Jacket superpatch. I'm hoping with Glidos that it will totally rejuvenate the game. Now all I need is a new analog joystick, as I doubt Kess fixed the game's interaction with digital sticks and rudder pedals.

I was running RB3D last night with the Glidos wrapper installed and it seemed to run flawlessly in what looked like the native 3dFX mode. Very nice, even if I have to use a twisty stick, I won't mind. ;)

If you check out www.wings-of-valor.net they have various workarounds to get red Baron running on XP

Thanks for the reminder, I've installed it several times on XP. I didn't mind the workaround for the sound, but crashes to desktop were what killed the fun last time around. I was running it in Win95 Protected mode, and it was still crashing unexpectedly. It was either the program doing something that XP didn't like or the terrains were doing it. I've ordered the Full Canvas Jacket set so with Glidos I hope this will stabilize the game on XP.
