Im just curious.Besides the old jacket,scarf,and helmet,what did both sides wore during flight?

Willi, it all really depends on a number of things. We know, because of Stephen Skinner's research (and new book!) that Frank Luke was wearing his wool uniform when shot down, as was his habit. There have been a number of Osprey titles in the past, if memory serves, that have addressed this aspect for the German Air Service and the RFC.
Others here will know much more I am sure.
