Just finished reading this, the memoirs of Willy Coppens, and found it well written and very interesting to read. Some of these memoirs seem to be mostly what and where, but this one is full of insights and opinions, Coppens' thoughts, postitive and negative, on a number of relevant things, such as the Belgian military in general. Mostly glowing opinions of his fellow pilots like Olieslagers, DeMeulemeester, and Thieffry. And of course lots of combat stories, and tales of squadron life. Worth finding-

I'm seeing it on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/?_encoding=UTF8&camp=1789&creative=390957&linkCode=ur2&tag=theaerodrome) right now for about $10.

By the way, when I first saw the title of this thread, I thought that it was you who was flying in Flanders. :)
