I wonder if someone with access to this journal might help me. I believe it contained an article on Fl.Abt(A)221 and MIGHT have details or a photo relating to the downing on 24 July 1917 of 29 Squadron Nieuport 17 Serial B1546, piloted by AB Hill.
I knew Alan 'Brolga' Hill well and am trying to establish what his aircraft might have looked like. I've found a strange reference in the C&C index to this article to it having a 'dark fuselage'', whereas I have always thought it was silver doped, with the usual red 29 Squadron band marking.
Would be appreciative if someone could check what's in the article or indeed if any other information is known.
Many thanks, Mark
