Hello All,
Currently on ebay a photograph of an Albatros at Flieger Flugzeug Albatros C.I Bruch | eBay (http://www.ebay.de/itm/Flieger-Flugzeug-Albatros-C-I-Bruch-/171189456067?pt=Militaria&hash=item27dbafccc3#ht_1000wt_1040)
The seller, who usually seems accurate in his descriptions captions it as Albatros C.I 1182/15.I pesonally can't see a serial number on the photo. However, I haven't previously seen any Albatros C.I with serial numbers in the vicinity of C.1185/15 and PM Grosz in WDF 57 doesn't list anything either - although records are not of course complete. But B.1185/15 was an Albatros B.III. Obviously difficult to definitevly identify, but can anyone advise whether the machine shown a C.I, B.III or indeed something else?
Regards,
Clint
