From my 100 years ago today threads:

29-Apr-1915 - 2nd-Lieut Leonard Parker (Wia), 4 Sqn - combat?

30-Apr-1915 - 2nd-Lieut Charles A Gladstone (Pow) & Capt Dudley Stuart Kays Crosbie (Pow), 5 Sqn, Avro 504 715 - took off 11:30/12:30 then shot down Ypres on reconnaissance

Note that Parker and Gladstone were not in the same aircraft and neither became a casualty on 28 April.

30-Apr-1915 - Lieut Norman Channing Spratt (Wia) & Lieut Chisholm Wilfred Anstey (Wia), 7 Sqn, RE5 - combat?

Note that Anstey was not a casualty on 3 May and was not in the same squadron as C F O Master [see the following entry].

03-May-1915 - Lieut Eric G S Walker (Ok) & Lieut Charles Francis Onslow Master (Wia), 16 Sqn, BE2c 1656 - after combat hit by ground fire Seclin 08:22/09:22

09-May-1915 - Lieut Hugh Fanshaw Glanville (Wia), 16 Sqn, Voisin - hit by A.A. bombing Don

12-May-1915 - Flt Lieut John Osborn Groves (Pow) & Lieut-Cdr Hubert Dobell (Pow), 1 Sqn RNAS, Voisin 3823 - forced to land Dixmude on Zeppelin Patrol

Note that Groves was not a casualty on 14 May.

I have no record that any of the other pilots/observers mentioned became casualties, either on the suggested date or any other date.
