Hello John ,
Perhaps you like to give some technical informations about the model you make here & its scale .... also perhaps the story of your research for making the drawings for constructing this wonderful machine .
I think there is more to tell about it all .
Aviatik (Berg) D-Prototyp 30.27 /30.29 is not so well known on this forum because it is not a Fokker DRI or DVII ...;)

Mr. McKenzie, My source is the excellent book, “Austro Hungarian Army Aircraft of the First World War”. No scale drawings of the 30.29 so they were created from 30.27 scale drawings and text descriptions. My model is 32% or 1/3 scale. Top w/s is 87”, fuselage is 68” nose to rudder t/e. The 30.29 was the predecessor of the 30.40 parasol. Only photo known of from the book attached. Thanks for asking.

Just an update. Bottom wings are complete. Fabric is Koverall with Oratex rib tapes and trim. Two coats of PolyC to fill the weave. Top wing is nearing completion. Center section holds battery, switch and second receiver for operation of the ailerons.

You are a master craftsman! That beauty taking to the air will be wonderful recognition of the K.u.K. Luftfahrtruppe! I am looking forward to the day you post images of the maiden flight.
