the following are the aircraft types Josef Jacobs most likely scored in:

kills #2-5 Halberstadt D.II (joint top scorer)
kills #6-12 Albatros D.V
kills #13-17+19-20+22-47 Fokker Dr.I (top ace)
kill #18 Pfalz D.IIIa
kill #21 Fokker D.VII
plus unconfirmed kills in the Fokker E.I, Fokker E.III, Albatros D.II, Halberstadt D.II, Albatros D.III, Albatros D.V (6) and Fokker Dr.I (2)

This list is open to discussion and corrections are welcome but this is not a thread about claim-loss-correlation or overclaiming, which need a separate thread.

Defining the aircraft that Jacobs flew when scoring is sometimes quite difficult. For the early kills I mainly used the BLUE MAX AIRMEN volume:

However, I'm still not totally sure about his Halberstadt score...

Conclusion: the aircraft that Josef Jacobs used for scoring are moderately well-defined. The least clear aspect is the question if he used a Halberstadt D.II or an Albatros D.II for his confirmed Jasta 22 kills.
